UK Sales Representative - Cytokine Products - London - £25K

A well established manufacturer of high quality cytokine products is looking to recruit an additional sales representative to join their growing team. The company is dedicated to providing the highest level of technical support and customer service to provide maximum flexibility to suit the customer's needs. Based from the company's head office in London, you will be responsible for qualifying incoming leads and providing telephone support to clients, in addition to taking a proactive role in client contact and sales promotions. Service Engineer - Analytical Instruments - Home Counties - £32K (£36K OTE)

A highly regarded manufacturer of chemistry instruments is keen to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support a number of key customers in the South East of the UK. The role will involve installation of analytical instruments, routine maintenance and emergency maintenance visits, validation of systems and a level of customer training to ensure safe and correct use of the systems. Some of these systems are large and complex and can take up to five days to install. Most of the work will be with large pharmaceutical companies within the region. The successful candidate will be HNC or ONC qualifield in electromechanical engineering and have a number of years of field based service experience with instrumentation used in the life science field. Scandinavian Sales Support - Office based - South East - £23K (£25K OTE)

A well established manufacturer of high quality cytokine products used in life science research is looking to recruit a Scandinavian Sales Support person! This role is head office based in central London and will involve supporting the sales team in their daily activities. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM database, qualifying incoming leads and passing these on to the field sales team and providing telephone support to clients. In addition, you will take an active part in promotional activities by identifying department heads in the target groups and supplying the relevant promotional material, as well as conducting follow ups. The successful candidate will be confident in dealing with people over the telephone and be a strong team player. The ability to work independently and to manage your own workload is essential as is familiarity with office IT packages. The role itself will involve managing sales within London for an innovative portfolio of products in the cellular biology, immunology and molecular biology arena. The majority of accounts are prestigious academic centres and not for profit research centres (UCL, Imperial, CRUK, ICR). The accounts are established yet have plenty of room for further development. The successful candidate will be a graduate or have a higher level qualification in a relevant subject along with some life science sales experience, excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.
