You will be responsible for leading a team of seven sales people across the UK with combined sales of over £7M. Beyond leading the team you will be expected to develop short and long term business plans, forecast accurately on an annual basis and work very closely with marketing, product management, manufacturing and customer service to ensure the customer base is supported.
