Technical Support Specialist- Immunoassays - South UK - to £31K (£35K OTE)

Are you disillusioned with the monotony of laboratory work? Are you confident dealing with people over the telephone? Do you want to still use your technical knowledge but escape the four walls that define your laboratory? If so, this is the job for you!

The company is a leading manufacturer of biomedical testing instrument systems, tests and supplies that simplify and automate laboratory processes. Based from the office in the Thames Valley region, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users both over the phone and via email. You will also be responsible for providing application support on the instruments and will also conduct in house and on site customer training. This role will focus on the company's range of immunoassay products which are well regarded in the industry and used widely. This will be a field based role visiting customers within Germany, ideally you will be based in Germany however candidates in the UK who are happy to travel extensively will also be considered.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or have a higher level qualification with excellent hands on use of flow cytometry systems and/or cell biology products. Previous applications experience is not necesary, although excellent communication skills are essential. Whilst German language skill is desirable it is not essential.
