Here's an opportunity to work as a Sales Specialist for a world supplier of molecular biology instrumentation. The company specialises in the supply of instrumentation used in the study of rapid reaction kinetics.

Your role will be focused on selling their stopped flow and quench flow products into research laboratories worldwide. During your first six months, much of your time will be spent in and around their UK head office where you will receive extensive product training and support in the field. Technical Support Specialist - South UK - Molecular/Cellular Biology - to £28K (£30K OTE)

A globally recognised leader within the life science sector is keen to recruit a Technical Support Specialist at their offices in the UK.

The role will involve answering technical queries by e-mail and telephone from customers across the UK for a large range of molecular and cellular biology kits and consumables. You will also support field sales colleagues from a technical perspective and attend trade shows in the UK occassionally. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to move into their first commercial role from a research background.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with research experience or be MSc or PhD with a strong understanding of molecular and cellular biology techniques (cell signalling, QPCR, siRNA etc) Excellent communication skills and an analytical approach to problem solving will be essential.
