A globally renowned life science company is now looking for an Analytical Chemistry Sales Specialist to join their growing team within the UK. The role will involve managing sales for your product portfolio in the Oxford, Bristol to Birmingham region where there are a number of very high profile academic, pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts. As an Analytical Chemistry Sales Specialist you will support regional account managers in the territory, build relationships with targeted departments and key opinion leaders and develop sales further within existing and new accounts. You will be the technical expert within the analytical chemistry product portfolio within this region and be involved in new product introductions and identifying commercial opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be a graduate with research experience or have an MSc or PhD level qualification in analytical chemistry having used HPLC; protein based separation experience would also be relevant. Previous sales experience within the life science arena is desirable, and those with applications or even with no industry sales experience should still contact us.
