- Maintain and update the CRM database system, inputting new contact details, leads from exhibitions, meetings and delegate lists
- Postcards to delegates list

- Invoices (once per week) - checking end user names on database and adding details (names, contact details, order etc)
- Qualify incoming leads, deciding upon actions to be taken & taking appropriate action in agreement with SM
