The company is well funded and part of a larger group with sales in excess of €600 million.  This manufacturing business has plants across Europe and in China and is a well-respected speciality chemicals producer.  Experiencing solid growth the role will build on the success achieved so far and there is a great platform for further achievement.  Markets sold to include flavour & fragrance, food, cigarette and other speciality markets. The group activities include R&D, development , and production.

This is an interactive role and will liaise with product management, technical services, regulatory and intellectual property teams to ensure they are able to gain maximum value from new product and service solutions. This could involve internal technical support and delivering training sessions with colleagues.

For this role you will need an MSc or PhD in animal science or a related discipline - the focus should be monogastric  nutrition.  A basic understanding of the animal feed industry will be beneficial.
Relevant industry experience in the field of animal nutrition development science will be a significant advantage but is not essential  if you can demonstrate the  calibre and ability to contribute to this field.
The salary is commensurate with experience. The role is office based in the South of the UK (preferred) or from a number of Western European locations or USA.
