This company prides itself on its exemplary customer service.  As a result, they are doing so well at the moment they are increasing the size of their team and also expanding into new facilities internationally.  However, the office team is still small and friendly, with everyone getting involved in all aspects of the business when required.

This is a new role and so you can mould it into a role which suits you. For example, there is the potential to take on other tasks such as marketing communications. As they have plans to recruit more members for the team over the next couple of years and business has continuously increased, you will have fantastic opportunities for your career. You could build your own customer support team to manage in the office.

You will need experience in a customer support role with a life science degree. Industry knowledge would be an advantage, as would supervisory experience.
