A leading life science company is keen to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to handle technical queries for the extensive range of analytical chemistry products that the company manufactures.
The role will be office based and you will be part of a team handling technical customer enquiries, troubleshooting customer issues and assisting customers with the development of experimental work by telephone and e-mail. You will also provide technical advice to field sales teams when required and support the sales teams from a technical perspective.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or have a higher level qualification with hands-on research experience using HPLC, GC, LC-MS techniques. Excellent communication skills will be essential. No previous commercial experience is necessary so this is an ideal opportunity to move into a international company that can offer extensive training and a long term career opportunities.
