A rare opportunity for a Customer Service Manager has just become available. This role is within a small, but established and well regarded company which produces and sells its own products. They have been expanding their customer service and support team and you will be managing two people in customer service and one inside sales. In addition to managing the team you will look after key clients. This company works very much as a team: everyone gets involved in other roles when needed and they have a wonderfully friendly atmosphere in their offices.
