A wonderful opportunity has become available within a globally recognised life science company for an Internal Sales Specialist focusing on Spanish speaking countries. The company, due to a recent acquisition, is establishing a new inside sales team for Europe for a very focused group of scientific products.
This role will involve building relationships with current active accounts in Spain via the telephone, and growing sales further within these accounts. You will be given a group of approximately 200 accounts and be expected to manage, nurture and develop them by understanding their needs and highlighting products that could help the customer further. You will introduce new products to your accounts and engage with field sales teams occasionally. It is anticipated that you will attend two trade shows per year where you will have the opportunity to meet customers. This is an ideal first step into the commercial world of a leading life science company. Full and extensive training will be provided to ensure your success, and a progressive career development plan will be developed with you to allow for progression as your abilities grow.
The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with fluency in Spanish and must be keen to get into a commercial career and have clear reasons for wanting to move into this type of role. Excellent communication skills, and a friendly and engaging personality will be essential. You will also need a high degree of attention to detail.
