This role is for a Marketing Communications Manager and you will take responsibility for the global marketing communications strategy in alignment with relevant strategic business units such as sales, technical services, regulatory and product management functions. The mission is to enhance the perception and reputation of the companys products and positioning within key customer audiences.
This is a hands-on role and will require the skills to produce impactful copy and the ability to communicate complex or technical information to audiences via key messages and a succinct delivery style.
The role is both tactical and strategic and your input will help shape the marketing strategy and company product positioning. In addition to this there will be direct line management responsibility for up to two reports.
To be suitable for this role you will need to be able to communicate complex technical information in an impactful style and have experience of writing a similar style of copy. Significant marketing experience is required from either the ingredients, pharmaceutical, life science of FMCG sectors within an international business environment.
A marketing qualification is highly desirable and an excellent understanding of marketing theory and practice especially as it relates to industrial markets.
You should be able to travel internationally (up to 10%).
A degree background is expected, ideally from the agri/bioscience sector and a marketing or business diploma. Any knowledge of the feed or ingredients market would be a distinct advantage.
