Although they have been growing consistently by an average of 70% each year, they have maintained a friendly small company feel with everyone getting involved in various roles when required.
This company has several people supporting customers technically as part of their roles. Now, due to continued expansion, they need someone to take on this role full time in addition to the other members who will continue to support customers. You will be able to take on additional responsibilities, improving the way technical support is organised so the company can continue to grow and work efficiently to provide excellent service and support to their customers - something they pride themselves on. The successful candidate will be adaptable and happy to get involved in other things when needed. This role is office based for approximately half the week, with travel mostly within Europe and a little further afield in Brazil or Australia for the rest of the week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get out and meet customers and enjoys travelling! You will also be supported in your career as the company continues to grow so that you can gain more responsibility and progress.
