Upstream Marketing Application Specialist | Ultrasound | Europe | €66K (€71K OTE)

A very rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Up-Stream Clinical Marketer for a billion dollar medical devices organisation.

If you are looking to move into a more strategic, international position, with significant responsibility, this may be the ideal opportunity for you.

As a specialist in the Ultrasound business unit, you will have a clinical background in this field, in addition to experience in a commercial environment.

Looking to stay at the forefront of cutting edge medical developments, this role will be tasked with working closely with key opinion leaders across Europe and developing ideas to feedback to the global R&D facilities.

You will have two key remits; the first will be involved with evaluating current products for the European markets and presenting improvements to existing technologies. This will be done through a close relationship with key opinion leaders in the industry, an awareness and evaluation of competitors activities and developments and liaising through regional application specialists and sales executives.

Your second remit is tasking with identifying new market trends which, through your feedback to the development team, can be focused on for strategically positioning new products.

To be successful for this role you will need to have a strong clinical background in Ultrasound and experience as a clinical applications specialist.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in Europe (including the UK) but will be expected to frequently travel.

For your experiences you will be offered a highly competitive salary, a bonus and a full package of benefits.
