The role is to join as a trainee which in practice will mean getting involved in all areas of the business from sales,order taking and progressing, customer service and support, logistics and delivery, and other functions as required. The outline is to grow into being a key supporting partner to the managing director and ensure the continuing success of the business. If the idea of being heavily involved with a small business appeals then this role will be right for you.
For this role you will require experience of working in commercial environment and have the acumen to make business decisions regarding typical sales and delivery scenarios. The company is open to a variety of backgrounds , the key is your willingness to become fully immersed in a small business operation that has a broad technical product portfolio.
