A leading manufacturer of life science research instruments is expanding its European support team based from their offices in the South East of the UK. The role is rare and will involve providing second line technical and engineering support to a team of field service engineers across Europe. You will also support from an engineering perspective the field applications team when issues arise that they cannot solve. Other areas of involvement will include customer training support at the companies training laboratories and also the support/training of new field service engineers as required. This is predominately office based however you will likely spend 20% of your time in the field.
We would like to hear from experienced service engineers within the life science of medical sector who have excellent problem solving and communication skills, any European languages would be beneficial but are not essential.
