A rare opportunity has developed to join a healthcare company that provide high quality ultrasound simulation and training devices for enhancing the scanning skills of Ultrasound Sonographers.
With over 50 systems installed over the last 24 months, this company is growing at strong and steady pace. To continue this growth they are looking for a sales specialist to manage southern region of the UK, with particular emphasis upon London.
The core function of this position will be developing the sales of highly realistic simulation equipment to the Academic and Hospital markets. In the past, success has come from organising and running training and sample sessions where Sonographers and Consultants are given a guided hands-on trial with the system. Giving them the opportunity to directly see the quality of the product and the benefit it could bring their department or trust if purchased. This is the strongest tool you will have as the majority of sales to date originated in such sessions.
With such a high level of interest in this educational product, the company plans to exhibit at several key conferences throughout the year, ensuring the highest level of exposure to Ultrasound professionals. Part of your role will be representing the business at these exhibitions. Developing sales leads through presenting the benefits straight to Ultrasonographers or Consultants.
This product has been extremely well received by the market, and as such, the sales technique is focused on a consultative approach that will be using relationships to develop the sales further. Coupled with the close-knit nature of the companys existing employees, this role would be highly suitable for someone considering their first role out of the NHS.
Those with a clinical background but without any sales experience are encouraged to apply because this organisation is actually expanding their sales team threefold, putting additional resources in the North of the UK to develop that region & Scotland. In this sales team they would prefer someone with a stronger clinical background in the South Region who the Sales Manager can work closely with, develop their sales skills and, over time, develop into an autonomous Clinical Sales Specialist.
You will be rewarded with an uncapped bonus structure that will allow you to quickly accumulate significant earnings on top of the highly competitive basic salary on offer.
