A highly innovative manufacturer of genomic research equipment is expanding its technical and applications support group in Europe and is now keen to recruit a team leader to manage a group of applications support specialists.. The role will involve the active management of a team of support staff who are advising customers across Europe in handling technical queries and application questions regarding the products that are focused on the genomic research arena. You will also take a lead role in handling complex or escalated support issues.
We are keen to hear from those with a strong technical understanding in the molecular biology arena, ideally educated to PhD level and having experience in a team leadership position for an applications or support group. This leadership experience could be within the life science, medical device or diagnostics arena.
