One of my favourite clients is expanding its team in Sweden and is looking for an Analyst to support their customers across the country.
The company is gaining a reputation in the industry for the quality of its products. It manufactures molecular diagnostic instrumentation and associated kits used in the detection of infectious diseases. The products are not only the most accurate, but are amongst the fastest in the market.
This role is integral to the success of the instrument’s placement in the hospitals. Because of the nature of the instruments, they can improve performance and efficiencies in a variety of different departments in hospitals – from infection control to oncology. The overall cost saving and improved efficiences need to be presented to the customer to ensure the sale of the instruments. Your responsibilities will be to liaise with a variety of different departments, gather relevant information and data, assess work flow and then present the data back to the customer. You will have a team of inhouse data analysts that can help analyse the data, but you will need to know and understand the findings during client meetings.
They are looking for an individual who understands the healthcare environment, with a particular focus on molecular diagnostics and the implementation of products into this environment. You will need to be an excellent communicator and have excellent analytical skills. This role will suit, for example, a molecular diagnostic sales person who sells to multi stake holder accounts and understands the complexity of this type of sale.
