They are opening a new European office and are looking for an experienced customer service manager who will be involved in setting up the processes, CRM, dealing with admin and being the first point of contact for customers. The company is extremely customer focussed and takes great pride in providing excellent products and support so you will be an integral part of this team .You will be taking existing processes from their global headquarters and replicating them in Europe.
You will be part of a motivated, friendly team who are keen to help set this up and get things up and running. This is a wonderful opportunity to use your previous customer service experience within the life science sector and to be a part of this growing business in Europe.
