A rapidly expanding business has created a new opportunity for a Customer Support Specialist based from their offices near Glasgow. The role will focus on managing a number of strategically important accounts in the UK which will include large pharmaceutical customers. The role will involve managing all aspects of the post sales process from the moment the purchase order is received to successful delivery of the products that are manufactured at sites around the world. This will require the use of a SAP based system where you will manage customer orders through the internal functions such as planning, purchasing, production, quality and shipping. You will need excellent communications skills and be able to navigate internal procedures and processes to ensure customer expectations are met.
We are keen to speak with those that have experience of working within a customer service or supply chain role before, knowledge of SAP is desirable and the ability to access the Glasgow area essential. Whilst this company is a life science company a scientific background is not required for this position.
