This small, rapidly growing company is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their expanding team in the Netherlands. This position is a new headcount.
You will be responsible for professional in-house support to assist the sales team in reaching company targets and objectives.
To provide technical support on software tools for genetic analyses
To respond to incoming leads, price or information requests and quotes of your product line
To give follow up to sample requests from Account Managers in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
To respond to customer phone calls, e-mails and price requests
To register demo equipment systems and monitor serial number lists
To communicate with customers on back-orders and look for/offer alternatives
To support on the execution of sales reports and analyses
To record and track client information by using a CRM database
To give general (administrative) support to the Account Managers and Product Specialists
You will need a strong technical background, ideally PhD level.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English both in word and writing
Experience in a commercial role is an advantage
