If you have a background in functional neuroscience with hands on electrophysiology experience and are itching to get away from the laboratory, heres your chance!
This company is a new biotech manufacturing a novel product range. They have few competitors and there is a huge need in the market. You will then work with the enthusiastic marketing director to learn how to support and sell to the customers. This will give you opportunities to grow from a laboratory person into a supportive technical seller. You will learn quickly and make an impact early on in your commercial career. Do a great job you will soon have your own team! You will be primarily office based but will also get out to meet customers at their sites and at conferences.
The company will grow by 50% over the next few months. They are very friendly, so you will get to know everyone and work with them closely. They are very welcoming, with staff having relocated from various locations globally. They take turns to pick a monthly social activity which they enjoy together.
The members of the team tell me that they love working there because they have opportunities to grow and develop their careers as the company grows. They feel like they are part of something special and find it very rewarding to see the benefits from their work.
