In this role you will learn how to support the business. Initially, you will spend time in the laboratory learning how to use the products. You will then work with the enthusiastic marketing director to learn how to support the customers and maintain the customer database. This will give you opportunities to develop from a laboratory person into technical support and customer service. You will learn quickly and make an impact early on in your commercial career. Do a great job and you will soon have your own team! You will be primarily office based but may also get out to meet customers at conferences.
The company is likely to grow by 50% over the next few months. They are very friendly, so you will get to know everyone and work with them closely.
