A highly innovative manufacturer of genomic research equipment is expanding its technical and applications support group in Europe and is now keen to recruit a team leader to manage a group of applications support specialists.. The role will involve the active management of a team of support staff who are advising customers across Europe in handling technical queries and application questions regarding the products that are focused on the genomic research arena. You will also take a lead role in handling complex or escalated support issues.
We are keen to speak with life science graduates who have experience of leading a small group of applications, support, sales or service engineers previously and enjoy the challenges of motivating and supporting a team to perform to the best of their abilities. You will be part of a large technical support group and have other managers to liaise with and develop joint initiatives with.
