To be clear this is not a telesales job, the position involves managing approximately 70 existing accounts within the UK, these customer are already buying products from the company. You will be expected to speak with these customers to make sure they are happy with the service and products they are receiving, build a good working relationship with them and discuss future needs. You will highlight other products they may be interested in and ultimately grow sales within these specific accounts by understanding their research needs and advising accordingly. You will meet your accounts occasionally and most importantly receive comprehensive training to ensure you are confident.
