The REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) has introduced a compliance test to assess a recruitment company’s knowledge of the relevant industry legislation and the REC Code of Professional Practice. Recruiters are required to score 75% or higher in order to pass, and remain members of the REC.
We are pleased to announce that Seltek scored a faultless 100% in this test and received a “well done” call from the REC complimenting us on our achievement.
