You will be joining a small privately owned company which has been increasing export sales by 20% year on year. This export team has increased from 1 person to 3 people in the last 3 years.
You will be managing distributors for end users of microbiology products across clinical, food, pharma and water sectors in Western Europe.
This role will involve recruiting new distributors and managing them, there is a lot of room for growth in this territory. As a smaller company they have found their success within specific markets where they are specialised.
You will also be selling bulk raw materials to some large manufacturers directly.
As a smaller company you will be able to develop and grow the business in Western Europe. You will be able to discuss your ideas with your manager and actually implement them. With realistic growth targets you will be able to make a big impact.
