This challenging marketing role is with a fast growing SME within the ophthalmology market. Known for the quality of their IOLs, they have developed an exciting range of premium IOLs that are sold worldwide. With European headquarters, and all R&D and manufacturing performed in the UK, you will benefit from close contact with these teams to help grow and develop the product portfolio and make it a commercial success.
The company are continuing to grow and develop. With a fairly new marketing team, your input will be well recognised, and your activities creating a big impact to the company’s success. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies, marketing collateral and product launches on a global basis.
Alongside these marketing activities, you will be involved in identifying new product areas and undertake the feasibility studies and full project management of new IOL development.
You will need a very strong understanding of the ophthalmology market, in particular the anterior segment. Some marketing experience is essential – you will need experience managing product life cycles and developing marketing strategies.
This will be an office based position in the south of England.
The remuneration package is very competitive, with a £4K car allowance, pension, BUPA and childcare vouchers.
