As a go-to person with exceptional communication skills you will be able to quickly learn about their product line in order to explain highly technical concepts to customers as well as assisting product managers with presentations to clients.
You will assist the sales team with purchase orders in a timely manner as well as supporting distributor management and price planning. You will also work closely with the marketing specialist to create marketing literature and online information hubs/FAQ pages in order to reduce direct technical queries.
Whilst carrying out these tasks, you will constantly be seeking innovative ways to streamline in-house processes and improve work flow efficiencies. By collection of customer and supplier feedback and handling of complaints, you will be instrumental in the provision of an excellent customer experience.

This role would be suited to a life science graduate with commercial experience in this field or a post-graduate with the tenacity and passion to enter a technical and sales support role.
