This is a rare opportunity to get involved with a spin-out company at the clinical trials stage. You’ll work with them to complete product development and then grow a European service team.
This company has developed a disruptive technology that will improve the way hundreds of millions of patients are treated for a common disease. The technology will save healthcare services huge amounts of money and enable patients to reduce their dependency on orally administered medications. The company has developed an instrument to be used in the clinic which is about to enter clinical trials in Europe.
You will be responsible for training, troubleshooting and supporting the users during trials. You will use your experience to help the development team improve the instrument to make it more user friendly ready and to ensure design for serviceability of the commercial device. Following these trials the product will be launched and you will be responsible for defining the structure of the European service team to support the new customers with installations, repairs and maintenance.
