You will be joining a profitable small privately owned UK manufacturer which has experienced double digit growth every year. As a direct result of this expansion they will be recruiting 5 new members of staff into their commercial team this year!
You will be based in the North of the UK, selling mainly along the M62 corridor with rare visits to Scotland and Northern Ireland. The main customer base is within the food and beverage market, although other markets include clinical, academic and pharma.
This territory has huge room for growth but does also have existing accounts for you to get started with. You will be selling consumables with a long sales cycle due to customers going through a process of validation. This means that once you get customers buying your products they are unlikely to leave you! In fact this company has found their customers to be very loyal to them because they are flexible, work hard to provide outstanding customer service and will not let their customers down. They also continue to develop new products and launch them on a very regular basis so you will always have interesting new products to discuss.
They have a strategic plan which includes more expansion of their commercial team. They have recently invested in a new manufacturing facility and are also expanding their office space. This is a great time to join a rapidly growing company and to be part of this growth!
