There are a team of 6 team leaders each with a team of customer service representatives beneath them, a team of over 40 in total. In this role you can make a real difference to customers who are struggling by helping them to use the products in the best way and to get the most out of them. You will be using your French and English language skills to support customers across Europe.


You will primarily be office based in the technical support team, but will travel occasionally (3-6 times per year) within the EMEA region. You will be educated to PhD or MSc level with additional experience in both a molecular laboratory and a technical support role within a scientific company. You should have a strong understanding and/or experience of genomics, ideally microarray or next generation sequencing.

My client is a global medical imaging manufacturer looking for a National Sales Manager for their MRI products. This is not any normal MRI machine – this complimentary MRI product is almost unrivaled in the market!
