A leading life science company is keen to recruit a Customer Services Manager in the UK to manage a large customer services department. There are a team of 6 team leaders each with a team of customer service representatives beneath them, a team of over 40 in total. The department are responsible for taking and processing orders, handling queries relating to delivery times, back orders and pricing queries, this team are not involved in handling technical queries however.
We are keen to here from those who have managed a customer services team before, have experience of complex processes, SAP and or CRM knowledge. Previous experience within the scientific sector is desirable but not essential, those within the FMCG arena would also be of interest. The ability to manage a large team and develop internal relationships is essential.
