Our client is a rapidly expanding laser systems manufacturer with exciting growth plans and internationally recognised expertise. The business is there, the R&D, manufacturing and support is well established and the company needs your selling skills to help them grow further.
You will take charge of European sales activity (excluding the UK and Germany). This will include managing the distribution network and also direct sales of the company’s range of laser systems. These have a wide range of industrial and research applications. Ideally you will based from the head office in the North West region, and you will have the chance to step up to and develop sales across the region. 30-40% travel will be required in the territory. Working from home will be considered depending on experience.
If you have a relevant degree background such as physics, optics, engineering or a technical degree background e.g Chemistry and have technical sales experience (this can be from a variety of industries) then we would like to speak with you. Distributor management experience is not essential but would be an advantage for this position. You do not need to have sold overseas before and a second language is not essential. A competitive salary package is on offer, plus a very attractive uncapped OTE bonus and commission scheme – salary is dependent on experience. The OTE of £50K+ is very realistic and uncapped so there is scope to earn generous commission
