A very rare role has become available with a highly respected European ophthalmology surgical manufacturer. They are looking for a national applications specialist to become part of their small and growing UK team.
Your main duties will be to demonstrate surgical tools and systems to surgeons in the OR, training the end users on them, and installing and servicing equipment throughout the UK. You will also be promoting their products, reporting technical defects, and identifying and qualifying key opinion leaders.
You will need a technical degree, preferably biomedical engineering. Experience working with ophthalmic equipment is of significant interest. You must have experience dealing with highly technical and mechanical issues within the NHS and private hospitals.
