A leading manufacturer of analytical chemistry instruments is looking to expand its Technical Support team based in NW England.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting on instruments and software products and providing application support to customers. You will use your problem-solving and communication skills to address technical enquiries from scientists by phone, email and remote computer access. This is a rare career opportunity as this role could evolve into a more expert technical support role, applications-driven role or a field-based service engineering career.
This role comes with private healthcare and pension. Extensive training and support will be provided and no previous customer-facing experience is required.
