This company provides a full NGS workflow solution for oncology diagnostics. Their solution includes products from patient sample through to data analysis. They are having huge success in Europe and are now focussing more on increasing their UK NHS customer base. This role is hugely integral to their small UK team. You will be forging strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This is a key role because customers will rely on your experience to support them through the decision to purchase. You will be demonstrating instruments, answering queries, training them on the instruments and supporting the products if customers encounter problems when using them. You will be a reliable point of contact that they trust for technical advice. You will be working closely with the sales team and the team outside of Europe is in close contact so you will benefit from their positive team spirit.
This role will be covering the UK. The majority of the customers are in the Midlands and South. There will be some nights away for training and very occasional travel in Europe if your team members need additional support.The company are team spirited, entrepreneurial and motivated to make their products a huge success.
