An innovative and international manufacturer producing specialised laboratory measuring instrumentation is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer in the North West Region The company has an brand that is well-known for quality and is a leading company in its market sector.
The business is one of the global leaders in the measurement of density, concentration and carbon dioxide, and in the field of rheometry. The role itself will involve prospecting new business, visiting clients and conducting demonstrations and sales presentations. You will be responsible for managing your own territory – maximising sales and developing and managing customer relationships. This role will focus on a range of microwave instruments that are used in chemical synthesis and also in the preparation on samples for analytical work. The role will cover the Northern half of the UK.
The successful candidate will have a degree in science, chemistry, engineering, physics or a similar field. You will also have a proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably with experience selling instrumentation. There is a strong preference for you to be based in the North West region.
The company offers an excellent remuneration package including a company car, mobile phone, pension scheme and 3% commission on all sales.
