You will be responsible for troubleshooting on instruments and software products and providing application support to customers. You will use your problem-solving and communication skills to address technical enquiries from scientists by phone, email and remote computer access. This is a rare career opportunity as this role could evolve into a more expert technical support role, applications-driven role or a field-based service engineering career.
