Technical Training Specialist | Diagnostics, Virology | South of France | to €45K (€49K OTE)

Do you want to work for a leading molecular diagnostics company known for the accuracy, rapidity and ease of use of their products?

Are you fluent in French & English and have experience in virology?

Our client has a fantastic product portfolio in diagnostics and is currently expanding their infectious diseases range. They are looking for a technical training specialist who will be dedicated to their East & West African customers and local service providers. You will be part of an international team who are highly customer satisfaction oriented.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Supporting end users and local service providers with regular training on systems and TB, Ebola and HIV products

– Participating in training material improvement and implementation of eLearning

– Translating training materials into appropriate languages

– International travel (c. 30%)

This position combines the exciting aspects of an application specialist job (customer-facing, training, advising) with involvement in the development of training material (e.g. eLearning, videos). You will have excellent communication skills along with cultural sensitivity to interact with people internationally.

You will need to have experience in virology, ideally including work on TB. Customer-facing experience from the diagnostics industry is desirable. Fluency in English and French is essential.

Package: Salary up to c. 45,000 Euros + 10% company bonus + pension + healthcare + 25 days holidays. The company will also consider supporting relocation costs if necessary.
