A leading life science company has created a new position through internal promotion and is now keen to recruit a Customer Services Manager, this is a senior level position within the company and will involve managing the entire customer support function across the EMEA region. You will manage a team of 12 people and be responsible for developing the department within the business to ensure it meets customer needs and has the required resources to provide leading service levels. You will be required to develop the team and recruit when necessary, liaise with colleagues across Europe and develop long term strategies in line with the wider company objectives.
We are keen to speak with life science graduates who have experience of managing a customer service, applications or technical support department, knowledge of SAP would be extremely helpful and excellent communication and organisational skills will be essential. Beyond team leadership experience we are keen to speak with people who have developed strategy and are keen to develop into a more senior position in the near future.
