A global market leading company within the life science sector has created a fascinating new opportunity for a Technical Services Manager for the EMEA region. Currently there are technical support groups situated in several sites across Europe totalling almost 50 people in total, these groups will be brought together and report to the newly appointed Technical Services Manager for the EMEA region. You will be expected to bring these groups together and look at developing the effectiveness of this function within the region, addressing how the group adds value and supports the customer base. This is a strategic role within a global organisation where you will be in a highly visible position, you will have the opportunity to shape the technical support function and demonstrate how critical the function is to overall commercial success.
We are keen to speak to those with a strong track record of leading a technical support or customer services group within the life science industry, those that have worked in a large multinational company on a European wide basis would be of particular interest however this is not essential. A real passion for the technical support function and clear ideas of how it adds value are essential.
