This role has two parts. You will be managing 4 members of a European inside sales team consisting of a total of 17. These 4 team members are responsible for sales support and service contract renewals. You will be making sure that the process is working well and making any improvements which will help it to run more effectively and supporting these team members. This is a successful fun and friendly team of technical people from across Europe. They have fun working together and are very well regarded within this company.The other part of your role will be to champion the CRM system across the European sales team, these are both office and field based. This will include training members of the European sales team when they join. You will be making sure the team uses the CRM effectively using best practise. You will be influencing them to input the information, increasing compliance.This is a key role within this organisation which will enable them to maintain and improve a quality of service to the customer, keep information well logged and also improve training and onboarding processes when new members join the team.
If you are confident with influencing people who would rather not being doing admin and helping them to work in a better way then you should enjoy this role.
