You will work within a fun, friendly, productive team atmosphere. The team you will be a part of consists of a 17 inside sales specialists and you will manage 4 of these. These 4 team members are responsible for sales support and service contract renewals. You will be responsible for ensuring that the process is working well and making any improvements which will help it to run more effectively, and supporting these team members. Theyre an excellent team which have been well rewarded for their success and have also nearly doubled in size over the past year.
You will have another part to your role which will be to champion the CRM system across the European sales team; these are both office and field based. This will include training members of the European sales team when they join. You will be making sure the team uses the CRM effectively using best practise. You will be influencing them to input the information, increasing compliance. This will be hugely rewarding because you will help the team to achieve increased efficiency and sales success across Europe.
This is a key role within this organisation which will enable them to maintain and improve a quality of service to the customer, keep information well logged and also improve training and on boarding processes when new members join the team.
