This role is within a market leader for reproductive health and is open due to expansion. You will be working in a specialist team which is effectively a layer above the territory account managers for the Nordics region. You will be a specialist for the reproductive health portfolio, including products for pre-implantation genetic screening and diagnostics, and non-invasive prenatal testing. This is a rare opportunity to get into growth market and to develop your career into a leading role.
This is a large organisation with a matrix style structure so you will be working as a member of a small European specialist team to heavily influence the account managers in your territory, leading them towards and supporting them with sales in the reproductive health market.
You will be evangelising for these products, supporting existing customers but to a large extent you will be introducing these products to customers who have not yet used these newer molecular diagnostic techniques. This is quite a mix of commercial skills to get customers on board and work effectively with the sales team but you will also use your technical skills.
You will take responsibility for developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase the revenues and market share. You will implement this by working closely with the territory account managers and with marketing to help them to generate appropriate collateral. You will be presenting these new products to the customers, engaging new customers, supporting the sales team through the process and providing demos and support for customers on these products specifically. You will be integral to driving the success of the reproductive health products within the Nordics region.
