This exciting company is waiting for you to take control of sales activities and grow the business across the Europe, Middle East & Africa region! You will achieve this through direct selling as well as setting up a distribution network. The range of software products you will be representing are used in the analysis of images from microscopy and are widely applicable in sectors including life science (e.g. academia, pharmaceutical) and engineering (e.g. material analysis).
In this autonomous home-based role in the UK, you will start by setting up distribution channels while selling directly to customers across the EMEA (ca. 30% travel). When your resellers will be in place across the territory, this role will be less focused on direct sales and more on managing a network of distributors, and potentially direct reports too. You should have no problem stepping into this new role as a large number of advanced leads are only waiting for you close the sale! Also, new products are scheduled for imminent release which will give you an extra edge on the competition.
