You will work within a fun, friendly, fast-paced team atmosphere. The main part of your role will be championing the CRM system across the European sales team. Currently there are no processes or training materials set up for training employees on the CRM system. This will give you the opportunity to take full responsibility for this and to mould the role.
Along with setting up CRM training processes, you will actually be training members of the European sales and support team when they join. This company continually expands and so you will have a large flow of new colleagues to train. You will also be ensuring that the existing team uses the CRM effectively using best practise. You will be influencing them to input the information, increasing compliance. This will be hugely rewarding because you will help the team to achieve increased efficiency and sales success across Europe.
The team you will be joining in the office consists of a 17 inside sales specialists. You will manage 4 of these. These 4 team members are responsible for sales support and service contract renewals. You will be responsible for ensuring that the process is working well and making any improvements which will help it to run more effectively, and supporting these team members. Theyre an excellent team which have been well rewarded for their success; the team has nearly doubled in size over the past year.
This is a key role within this organisation which will enable this global market leader to maintain growth of their commercial team, and improve a quality of service to the customer.
