Are you seeking an opportunity where you can use your protein experience in a technical commercial setting away from the laboratory?


Would you enjoy speaking with scientists on a daily basis in order to help them use their research tools to their full potential?


As a technical support specialist you will be office-based responding with all enquiries relating to the company’s protein expression/purification, antibody based assays and molecular biology based products. You will enjoy troubleshooting over the phone, recommending alternative solutions and assisting with the development of your customers research projects.


My client are an established and reputable company that pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer care. You will representing the brand and be capable of building strong relationships with their customers.


This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, post-docs or those in an industrial laboratory who want to escape to a commercial setting which offers stability, great benefits, stimulating work environment and progression opportunities. This role is based on the idyllic south coast of England and relocation support will be provided for those moving for the role.
